Do you (or does someone in your family) remember a traditional Métis song?

We would love to hear the songs, memories, and stories that have been passed down through your family or community. You can help us preserve these songs for future generations by submitting a short video through our webpage.

You don’t need to be a professional singer or musician, and your video doesn’t need to be polished or perfect. What matters are the songs and stories you share with us.

By submitting your video, you give Métis Music Ed permission to use the information and music you share as part of this project. By default, you also give us permission to contact you if we’d like to learn more about the song or your story.
